Made this salad on the weekend. I thought it was very yummy but I have a feeling that I added the rosewater too slowly and it didn't register on the scales, so it tasted much 'rosier' than I think it should have. I had a go at making pomegranate molasses (but burnt it when I turned away- multitasking), so used some delicious raspberry and vanilla balsamic instead.
I will certainly make this again as it really is a 'special' salad that I think some of my foodie friends would really enjoy (but I'll measure the rosewater separately). Oh and I also blitzed the pomegranate for 1 second too long and it turned to mush so I didn't sprinkle the little jewels on top :( maybe next time..

Love this. Have you tried the Beetroot salad in KIS? That's yummy too.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
