Marina, the rub will be readily acceptable for the swap table. I will try and make some SD crumpets.
CC, love pies made with leftover roast lamb. Lemon curd is always acceptable.

A piece of silverside to use for sandwiches when we are away.  Also a sultana cake to take with us.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I've made some of Tenina's Nutty Seeded crackers with garlic salt to flavour them. https://tenina.com/recipes/nutty-seeded-crackers
Also the Rice Salad from here, and the Three Cheese Ball from Tenina's site. https://tenina.com/recipes/three-cheese-cheesball
I'm having people round for dinner tomorrow night and wanted to get a start as I will be out in the morning.

I will put the recipe up Chookie. It's a quick melt and mix one.

Made some Coffee & Date balls, Mixed Nut paste.
I have a Quiche thing in the oven for dinner. It's called an impossible Salmon quiche, I guess because it doesn't have a pastry base. The small amount of SR flour helps it set and hold shape.
Just made a tossed green salad to have with it.

The Salmon Quiche sounds delicious Katj.Does it use fresh Salmon or a tin of Salmon?

Thanks Cookie.
Friday made Chicken, mushroom and pea pies, in pie maker and Chicken shredded in TMX.
Yesterday made eggplant dip and Hummus. Also beef and veggie Sate with peanut sauce. Rice cooked in TMX.
Also cooked Beef in Stout from U.K. Chip, again. This is handy to have to reheat when I am spending the day in the garden.
Marina, the beans make a lovely dip.

I made some more biscuits today. They are a recipe from  Haighs very much like Choccy Rocks except they have orange zest in them. DH tells me they are delicious. I'm trying to be good.
