Made some fried rice which I'll divide into single meal sizes for the freezer.
DH loves fried rice for his lunch.

It looks good Michele and doesn't home made taste so much better than that from the Asian shops.

It does look good mcmich.  I agree about the fried rice from Asian shops, I don't like the pork in it especially; it always tastes stale/funny to me.  :P

No cooking here today, been spring cleaning the girls bedroom. 3 garbage bags thrown out and all nice and fresh and tidy now :)

A few batches of Lemon Butter, then another yoghurt (trying with a tub of cream in it this time) and then I think I'll start on some carrot cake :)

Oh Dede I did that a few weeks ago. SUCH a great feeling and they are doing so much better at keeping their rooms clean! So glad I did it!

Must be the day for clearing out.  We sorted the wardrobe in our spare room today and a bit of gardening. No cooking here today either. Just heated up some frozen soup.
