I read an article about how being skinny and underweight can be as unhealthy as being overweight.

Okay, here is the flourless chocolate cake I made today. I know the recipe is on this forum so I will find it and post a comment and photo. I'll also post another photo after I decorate it :D

i made the varoma loaf using wholemeal flour

This was last nights dinner for hubbys birthday. Pity the kids were so exhausted they barely ate. Didn't even have cake!

Fresh ciabatta
Capsicum and chorizo soup
Hoisin chicken With salad (not done in thermie)
Golden syrup cake with butterscotch sauce and icecream. Yummo!
