Definitely agree with you on the Scotch Broth! We also love QJ's Chicken and Brown Rice Soup. It's a complete meal.  Another favourite is Potato, Bacon and Corn and Tomato and Lentil.

I'm another soup lover. My meal plan for when we are away in the trailer over Easter is roasted tomato and white bean soup.
