You must do it this season. I love then any way but my favourite is to  cut a star in the top, shove some Gorgonzola down  the hole, wrap them in prosciutto. Bake  them in the oven for a few minutes. Drizzle  with balsamic  and chow down. OMG! Orgasmic.

Haven't posted on here for a while but I'm still on the program! I've been keeping within budget since we got back from hols, thanks to a well stocked freezer! Freezer's starting to look a bit empty, but I've just done my weekly shop and will still be under my $120 budget. I plan to make some freezer meals this week and the pantry is fine, so it's all good here!

I spent $103 last Friday so I am over a week! That is a first for me  :o I am hoping to keep costs down this weeks as well as I have a joint of pork in the freezer that will do 2 dinners (roast and meatballs) and 2 lunches for DH. I am eating at a friends tonight (Im bringing desert, lemon cake) so it will be a good start to the week!
I am going to go to the market tomorrow for my veg so that should make it a cheaper exercise but I am really hanging out for some fresh mango which wont be cheap! I do DH and I a bircher muesli every night for the next morning and tinned mango is just not the same : (
Have a great week ladies xx

Yes Mangoes will be cheaper soon.

We picked up our 1/2 beef today, all packed and labelled for us, for free. Must be 130 kilos.

3 freezers totally full now. :)

There were lots of green mangoes in my local WW yesterday, I think they were $5 each :P Even more expensive than the blueberries!
I can't wait until they ripen up and start selling cheap! :D

We used to have a fig tree. Yuck :-X
