I have yet to receive my thermie but have decided to call her Annabel as that is what my DH calls me. Duh my name is Virginia, I wonder who Annabel is or was?? ;D
I love all the names given. I would have stuck with Jesus too. I am religious but think that is too cool! Jesus works in mysterious ways you know. hehe

My poor TMX must be feeling unloved as it's just called The Thermomix.
And to think I tell the kids to be more imaginative when naming things!

Have not got mine yet but have decided to call it The Lambourgini top of the range in performance and price, DH sees the irony in this as it will be a constant reminder how much it cost him  :D :D :D

I love the name Thor!  Especially the thunder connection and I'm always a sucker for an ancient Nordic god!  I reckon you could get used to it.  My son named ours Clancy for no apparent reason (had never heard of Clancy of the Overflow, and luckily the thermomix doesn't, overflow that is!) and it seemed strange, but now everytime I serve something, the family asks "Did Clancy make this?"!

I have a "Thelma" too... This is what one of my customers called hers & I loved it so much she said I have permission to pinch the name.

My Dad calls it the "Magic Bucket".. which has a funny story.. My M&D are very religious & do morning prayers together each day. One particular morning, they were thanking God for helping me make my first sale as a consultant & Mum forget the proper name, so just thanked Him that I sold my first Magic Bucket. They both got the giggles at this & couldn't finish their prayers  :D (I thought this was very cute  :))

My son is a Star Trek fan, so calls ours the 'Replicator' since it produces food so easily, just like in the show.
