Hi, I still have the TM5 and TM6, I like some of the new functions, but it would be nice if they told us when they are uploading them.  Still think you learn more your self, than what the demonstrator knows. most sign up, sell 6 machines, then quit..

I cleaned out my big pantry room, found 4 packets of mixed fruit, and so made 2 large christmas cakes yesterday..

muffins freeze well, So does ILB cake on here ( my favorite) I make this into a ice cream cake for desserts alot. Most cookies dough can be made ahead and frozen in logs, then baked as you need it. Fruit cakes can be frozen. pastry cases can be baked and frozen empty then fill on the day.
