Egg and bacon pie for the men with vegetables and pumpkin & mushroom risotto for me.

Scraping the bottom of our freezer I found some of my favourite potato and carrot sauce (yes, I know it sounds strange but it is delicious), so combined that with some frozen vegetables and had a very tasty bowl of soup!
Marina from Melbourne and Guildford

We had Feta, Spinach and Potato Frittata from Cookidoo. It was very nice I roasted the vegetables in the AF first.

Possibly Lamb shank soup from freezer.
Made scones. Ran out of cream and used light Sour Cream.  Not good. Ok toasted. Rather heavy. Should have added some baking powder.

Left over chicken galette  filling with potato/sweet potato topping from the freezer, roast vegetables & butter beans.  Panacotta for dessert.  No mains for me tonight as I had lunch out at my favourite Italian restaurant with DD.
