It certainly looks appetising Chookie. Lovely bright colours.

A nice lunch Chookie.  For convenience sake I've been making assorted meat/relish rolls on a Sunday, enough to last me the week.  Then I just grab one out of the freezer each morning to take with me when I visit Mum and Geoff.

I had pizza pockets and chicken nuggets that I'd made, same as I put in my daughters' lunch boxes, and quick and easy to eat.

That's a good idea Judy.

When we lived in Broome (well before it was developed) DH would make himself a month's worth of polony and sauce sandwiches when fresh polony came into town. We lived about 60 yards from the school but we still ate lunch in the staffroom! Couldn't miss out on any gossip.

Very good idea Judy. I think I will do that for the days that I'm called into work on short notice.

You would find it very useful Michele.  I do turkey/cranberry sauce, silverside/beetroot relish or ham/cheese (not keen on mustard & ham sandwiches).
