Tomato Sauce/Ketchup
« on: May 11, 2011, 05:26:16 am »
Well we have finally run out of store brought tomato sauce and I thought I would try to make my own.  I was going to make the one in EDC but have realised that I don't have any plums. I have also had a look through the forum but am a bit confused. Is someone able to point me please to a good recipe?  Thanks for you help in advance!

I haven't actually made this one myself, but it looks delicious.

I've sent you the one from My Way of Cooking Shazzy, it's great.

Here's one for tomato sauce.

Now you have 3 to choose from.

Hi Judy, I have done JUST that on my website (www.tickofyum.webs.com) but basically BOTH of these are fantastic recipes.  Quirky Jo's is luscious with lots of flavour and potential.  The one from Thermoconvert is EASY and also delicious.
