Vanilla yoghurt with Passionfruit pulp.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Craving ice can be a sign of iron deficiency (as is wanting to eat soil) so might be worth getting it checked if you haven't had a blood test recently.

That is interesting Bonsai - thanx for that. Am due for another iron level check next week when I have my thyroid function blood test too, will be interesting to see the results!  :D

Breakfast today: girls had weetbix, I had muesli and yoghurt.  :)
:D

I cooked for DH poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, sautéed vegies and smoked salmon whilst I had a banana and a smoothie.

LOL DH has a cooked breakfast nearly every morning but I personally can't stand breakfast! Today was his birthday hence me cooking it for him. He normally has a tiny portion of steak, two fried eggs from our ladies and then a mixture of zucchini, spinach, capsicum, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and a small tin of four bean mix thrown in. Every now and then he has smoked salmon instead of the steak.

For me it is pushing it to have the smoothie but since starting with a personal trainer I force myself.

1 Tblsp Milo apparently has more obsorbable iron than a whole steak (according to my midwife  ;) )
But I just had it cuz yeah, I like it!
Girls love it too, and DH loves hot milo with ice cream in it, a very weird sensation to drink but have to admit, it is rather nice!! He also love milo sprinkled on banana splits instead of chocolate sauce (or as well as!!  :D )
