Your honey chicken and rice looks delicious Kimmy.  I must have a look at that recipe as honey chicken is a favourite of my DH.  :D

I didn't really feel hungry tonight but if I don't eat, my freezer stocks will never go down so I took out a bag of shredded sweet soy chicken from RecipeTin Eats and an uncooked spinach and cheese naan from skinnymixers blog and had a delicious wrap with added lettuce, tomato and grated cheese.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't be bothered sometimes.

I made the ricotta dumplings with Napoli sauce tonight, I've been wanting to try them for ages. They were great, but I think it would be a stretch to feed four adults. Perhaps three. I gave my children half a serve each and it worked.

I tried this recipe tonight  http://whiteonricecouple.com/recipes/hasselback-zucchini-bacon-parmesan/

It was nice but is quite a lot of trouble to go to.  I cooked mine in the a/f at 180 for 15 minutes.

Interesting recipe Judy.
Sarah, ricotta dumplings sound nice but Ral wouldn't like them so probably wouldn't make them for myself.
Lamb rump cutlets and lots of veggies from garden. I have a few slices of fruit loaf over so will make a B and B pud.

Looks tasty Judy.

Yesterday for DH I made a recipe from Curtis Stone, very simple but he loved it.  Chicken breasts brushed with garlic oil and smoked paprika and cooked in my Weber Q.  It was served with a salsa of apricots, toasted pistachios, chilli and lime juice.  Also some potatoes were firstly par-cooked then thickly sliced, brushed with garlic oil and cooked until golden and tender.  I just added some mixed salad leaves and cherry toms to go with it.  It made 2 serves, so he can have the other serve tonight.

For myself I made a really nice creamy cauli soup (Michelle B) in the TM served with toasted wholegrain bread which I'll have again tonight too (and some for the freezer).  :D

Thanks girls. That blog has so many recipes using zucchini and being such a bland vegetable, I'll definitely be trying some of her other recipes.
