Bought a BBQ chook on the way home from work to have with the yummy brown rice salad. As expected, kids didn't like the salad, but I  did! Will be eating a lot of it in the next few days....

My boys are the same. It does keep well in the fridge for at least a week.

Cooked a lamb forequarter roast, then re-heated in varoma & did carrots & potatoes too. Used the microwave for peas.

Its good to use the varoma :)

It looks delicious. We had TAT's Chicken Katsu. It is quite different to the recipe I usually make but was still lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Deedub, DH and I were the only ones who liked the salad here and DH doesn't eat leftovers so I had rice salad for lunch for a few days, as Kimmyh said it keeps well but I get sick of it after a few days.

Lovely INAID.
We are having tandoori salad from KIS. Smells lovely. I cooked it all early so DH could take some to work for dinner tonight. Here's his serve ready to go. Note the dressing is in the little Tupperware container. Hoping he loses it so I have an excuse to buy the cute sistema mini sauce/dressing bottles posted on the shopping thread recently 😉
