Maddy, that souvlaki looks lovely!

Penang Char Koay Teow tonight. Flat rice noodles fried with prawns, squid, eggs, bean sprouts, chives and chilli paste. A signature dish from my hometown of Penang.

Yum, BZB and H.
I was going to have quiche for dinner, but I got sidetracked by making icecream and it took longer to cook than I thought   Instead, I quickly made pesto and the quiche will be dinner tomorrow night.

BZB the few times we order out we have that. Homemade looks beautiful though. I must try.

Quiche Lorraine tonight. I won some TMX baking beads at the Festive cooking class last night so just had to try them out and luckily I'm working from home.
