We had steak, gravy, mash, zucchini slice and steamed veg last night

Tonight is slow cooked lamb chops in gravy, roast potato and kumara, zucchini slice, steamed carrots and peas, and cold toms with sour cream and chives.  :)

Chicken and haloumi sausages wrapped in prosciutto.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

You will be in your element Frozzie :D
Is there something that you have been craving? Chicken? fish? I like the look of the lemon chicken recipe that has just been posted, and my DS has requested satay chicken skewers, or maybe Tenina's mushroom and quinoa lasagne?

Tonight DS chose pasta carbonara for dinner, and  then I made the kids chocolate cakes in a mug for dessert.

Frozzie, if I were you I'd do a three course meal to make the most of it ;D Maybe a nice soup or light salad, followed by a nice chicken or seafood dish (maybe chicken and mushroom pasta?) and then a pudding :D
