Made  Uni's 1 hour bread, and had meatball subs, with last nights leftovers

Googled a similar subway sauce, and stuffed with Swiss cheese

We had the Coconut Chicken from the TMX booklet "Budget Busters". Delicious :) Our lemongrass bush massacred me though - have roughly 20 stinging cuts all over my hands and arms :-\

Had ceasar salad last night, but potato bake sounds good with left over salad & maybe good old sausages :)

Do a roast outside in the BBQ Hally.

We're having sausages and veggies. DD and I are going to listen to WA author Rachel John's speak. I need something quick and easy.

Tuesday here I always cook pizza in the happy household lol.. So pizza it is...

Went to the organic store and found coconut yoghurt?? Anyone tried this ?? Also picked up some Sheeps milk yoghurt..

Can't wait to be able to cook myself again and buy my own ingredients.. Bliss!
