My DH has decided we are having ice-cream and caramel sauce for dinner tonight  :o

We had a big lunch at a pub with Judy and Geoff today and JD mentioned that when they have a big lunch they don't always eat dinner, they'll just have something small or even just dessert.  My DH's eyes lit up at the thought of having dessert for dinner  ;D

So despite my protests, it's ice-cream and caramel sauce  :)

And I'm in trouble for suggesting it ;D  Sorry Katie but it won't hurt just this once ;)  Lovely meal and great company today, thanks again.

Tonight was roast beef, but as the weather is still sunny, well atm, we are having a late lunch.

Balsamic pork chops, salad, Gorgonzola stuffed mushrooms with onions, boiled potatoes. Yum :)

Just grilled toms, eggs and Istra bacon. on Rustic bread toasted.   The bacon is produced by a local family and has become famous.

We have leftovers from lunch for tonight. Nico's pumpkin and feta quiche, pear salad, caprese salad, Thai sweet potato soup with buttermilk rolls. Sadly there is no tapioca dessert left, only MJ's raspberry jelly.

Leftover Navarin of Lamb from last night. Here is a photo since I didn't post one yesterday.

I love slow cooker meals, they're so easy and make the house smell yummy for when you get home :)
