Chit Chat / Re: Meal Planning Thread
« on: November 22, 2009, 06:43:37 am »
I have just came across this fantastic thread.

I have never planned ahead for meals, now I have my TM3 (got it on the 6th oct, yes I remember the date well)
Only hubby and me at home now, so I am going to try this meal planning business lol.

I am going to my Sons today for 3 days so I can take my books with me and plan my meals fron Wednesday onwards.

Love it.

Well I have had the shakes the last 3 mornings, not keen on the green colour, and have not managed to get almond oil, but otherwise ok.

Had my chicken or cheese sandwich for lunch, lots of fruit and salad.

Going to my Sons for a couple of days now to look after my Grandson, so its going to be really hard as I have everything on hand here at home, but I am still going to be good (I hope)

I get back late on Tuesday night, so from Wednesay I am going to be making the dips and meals, taking my books with me to keep reading.

Thanks Katya,

I will reduce the water, I thought 300ml sounded like to much.

I will use 200-250 and see how I go.

I have made bread 3 times now in my TM3, it does not seem to be turning out to well.
I am following the basic bread mix from the book I got with my TM3.
It says 300ml of water in my book, is that right?? my bread mix always seems to be to wet, I added more flour and it was not good when it came out of the oven,

I am thinking of using 250ml of water next time.

« on: November 19, 2009, 01:04:20 am »
Hi,

I have started the 21 day weight loss diet yesterday, is any one else on it???

Think I need a bit of inspiration over the next few days, any tips etc, etc, how to plan for the next day etc,

Would love to hear from other people trying it, or have done it.

Thanks
May

Frozen custard ice-cream sounds amazing, is that in any of the books, I have had my TM3 for 3 weeks now, it amazes me each time I use it.
Made ice-cream yesterday with the recipe, I had seen on this forum, I froze the cream in ice cube trays, then added it to a large punnet of fresh strawberries, It was yummy.  (used sugar as well first)
