Good luck Chookie, at least one of the couples sounds promising if the bank is involved.

So true.

It has been a public holiday here today so it has felt like the weekend still. Very hot and yuk again.
I hope you didn't get drenched again today Denise.

Evening all.
We think we may have sold Cherokee. Agent said that the next 28 days while the deal is" under Contract" will be the most stressful days of our life. I doubt this.
We had 3 families all interested, last weekend. How can this happen after being on the market for 18 months?
Although we have spent this time putting things in place at Invermay, we will finally be able to move on.

YIPPPEEEEEE, Chookie.  It is funny how you get surges in interest.  We often find that if someone shows interest in something in our shop, several other people do too at the same time.  I have no idea how that works, but so long as it works that's fine.
