Oh this is a little different. Off to buy some bananas tomorrow to try this one. An interesting twist on banana bread. If I can't buy some ripe bananas I'll have to wait for a few days. Oh the anticipation......

Hi CantonPixie and welcome to the forum. I too love to cook asian food and having just returned from a holiday (including cooking school) in Thailand am looking for recipes for the TMX. Although I don't have food allergies/intolerances to worry about in my family, I have seen many discussions and links to wheat/dairy free recipes on this forum. I will let those in the know direct you to relevant sites. Happy cooking!

Wow JD this looks awesome. I read the title and thought I would have a browse but no real intention of cooking it. The photo speaks for itself and I'm sold so it's on next week's meal plan. Did you cook the broad beans and carrots in the varoma - when did you add them? Is this TMX potato that you cooked after the Beef? I want to write it out as a whole meal rather than just the casserole portion so would appreciate your comments.

My husband came to the demonstation I ordered my TMX from (more to have a beer with my friend's husband than to watch the demonstration) and he was the driving force behind me buying it. I was a little caught up with the cost initially but now that I have had it for a while I know I would pay more for it. I am about to have a demonstration and my husband's raving has 4 people lined up asking for invites. I have had to explain to him that we can't have too many and as I have already told my friends I will now have to have 2 demonstrations. Oh well - don't you just love them!!  :)

Since I got my TMX I have cleaned out my cupboards of all of the appliances it replaced. Have made a big pile and about to have a garage sale. Hoping with this and the rest of the items from around the house, I might make enough money to buy a second bowl. Fingers crossed anyway. :-\

Just started the diet today so I'm pretending I didn't see this recipe. 10 kilos to lose and have now promised myself just a small piece at 5 kilos to reward myself. I looooooooove cherry ripes. Oh wait..................I'm sure that's where I found some of the aforementioned kilos came from in the first place.  ;D ;D

Have baked pasta ready to go in the oven and Portuguese rolls nearly finished their first rest. Read so much about the rolls I thought I had better give them a go. Just realised both recipes are Isi's and from what I've read both are failsafe.
