Thanks Judy.  Yes I had a great day catching up with you too.  Yes I know I haven't had much to say these past few months but was away for nearly 10 weeks and since we got home have had trouble keeping up with all the posts.  Will try and be on more!!!!

Wow just reading up on all you guys who have had bad experiences with doctors. It's not good when we rely on these doctors to keep us ticking. Can be scary thought that something serious can be missed to the point of being to late :(

Yes, I don't trust doctors easily. Luckily I have lots of friends in medical professions who I do trust, so I always go to them for advice first ;)

Doing some washing, cooking a chicken casserole and then off to the hairdressers.  ;D ;D

Because it's raining here I will have to venture up to the granny flat to use the dryer. First time I've been up there since the cat arrived.

Kids are having swimming lessons right now so I'm catching up on here, emails, Facebook etc. I noticed one of my FB friends who is a blogger (not food related) has written an entry about TMX and our own Helene has commented - small world! Here's the link

Tidied up some kitchen cupboards then interrupted by visitors.  No cooking today, leftovers for lunch and tea.

Hally you are very correct re doctors not listening. They just do their spiel and don't stop for anything. If you interrupt them they almost start again. I've noticed it with a few of them lately.

I've dug some ginger that I grew today. I was so excited. I put it in last year and it came up but then died down again. It came up this year and has just died down. I thought it would be impossible to grow here. It's next to the 2 pineapples that have fruit on them at the moment so perhaps they all think they are in FNQ. ;)
I'll post a photo later.
