First week with Thermy
« on: July 25, 2010, 08:12:38 am »
After 2 failures, my fault, great success. Have made this week -
3 lemon and 4 orange and poppyseed cakes
  Mushroom risotto
  Risotto rissoles
  Hommus
2 strawberry and 1 pineapple sorbet
  2 strawberry fruity dreams
  2 VSC
litres of pumpkin soup (no failures after using VSC)
This afternoon making Torta Caprese and probably another orange and poppyseed cake, why all the cakes? grandkids.
Then something for dinner

Go SueJen, you are doing really well.  Bet the grand-children are loving the cakes.

Woohoo! You're on a roll!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
