I must check your blog Chookie. You are kind to do that.

Sorry Chookie, can't help.
I've done a bit of housework. I will wash the floors now as DH has gone to see his Mum. As it's cool (19) I may then sit and read. I have got a loaf of Classic Bread rising.

With the thermomix you can turn most things into soup. I love it.

I'm making some chocolate and hazelnut biscuits for DD to take to work tomorrow. There is a group of them going in and doing some professional development. I think as well as learning they have fun and eat junk food.

The asparagus were softer than normal but not soft. I added in the carrot and corn. I think you could use any veggies with the potato. I just cooked all the veggies in the basket of the thermomix. I cooked it in the oven as the 3 packages wouldn't have fitted in my AF.

This was really nice. I made each bit earlier in the day and assembled it and baked it.

Even though the bed was unmade Judy, it's good you slept in.
KAtie tomorrow will be very hard, but it is the beginning of a new part of your life. It certainly won't feel like it though. Sending hugs.

I slept all afternoon. My first Nanna nap for a few weeks. I blamed the flu needle, but I don't think it was.

Just joking Chookie, it is such a trip we say that. I do the same to Tenina.

Yes definitely apply to the uni KAtie. They are very good. DD had something similar during her first year uni exams. In fact from memory she didn't even sit the exam, but did the supp exam when it was on a couple of months later.

We had our flu needles this morning.

We're having a RTE recipe that sounds easy and delicious. It's cubed potato with mozzarella on it, then some garlicky prawns and asparagus all in a parcel and baked. I may put some other veggies in it too.  https://www.recipetineats.com/creamy-shrimp-cheesy-potato-foil-packet-recipe/
