I made some Blue cheese and spinach polenta for dinner then steamed and shredded a chicken breast to use for tomorrows lunch.

That sounds nice. We had Gorgonzola with pasta on Sunday.

Today I started the Vanilla Thriller slice from FFS. Hoping it will be a special birthday cake for DH's 40th on Sunday. Have completed first three layers. Only dropped and dented one saucepan and broke one ceramic dish. No burns, chopped fingers or cuts. So a relative success so far me thinks ;)
