Emme,it is Isi's recipe,  rustic Bread, 200g. rye to 400 g white.  Very nice loaf,  stays fresh for a few days.  Very large loaf,  cooked in 30 cm. tin.
Cookie,  that cake looks delish.
Judy,  what was the soup like?
Today for lunch, grilled salmon with 2 second salad with avocado folded through.  Pickled cucumber.  Microwaved pot.

Made some sausage rolls today and they took ages to cook.  Still haven't bought a new oven yet but it is high on the list of things to do.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made wholemeal "no-fuss" rolls today and focaccia yesterday.

Today I've made custard biscuits & triple choc brownies,  plus mac'n cheese for kids' dinner tomorrow night. Going to try honey mustard chicken 'parcels' for tonight's dinner.
