300 biscuits Uni??? :P I would come and help you if I lived nearby.  :)

I just made a variation of Tenina's banana choc muffins from her website.  Instead of using choc bits I but a dolllop of choc hazelnut spread in the middle of each one. They look good but I haven't tried one yet.

I made some cupcakes and started making the icing. A dear friend is 91 tomorrow and I will take most of them to her. I'll ice them just before I go.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Wow Uni! 300!
What's happening tomorrow?

Tonight I have cooked some Bikkies to take home to my Dad on Friday. They are his favourite that Nanna used to make for him and Mum's oven isn't working right now so I'm playing good daughter.
Capsicum Jam - except it's actually pepper jam because somehow I have used the zillion capsicums I had (didn't clean my bowl)
Corn Relish (I think that cleaned my bowl! Lets see how shiny it really is in the morning)

I feel like I made some other stuff too but I have completely forgotten what.

Tomorrow I need to make some salted caramel sauce (anyone have a good salty recipe?) to take for Mum and I was thinking of making more of the pepper jam and subbing some balsamic for the vinegar - anyone have any ideas on how much balsamic I would put in there??? I am so not a recipe maker.
