DJ, that looks nice and rich.  Did you cook the mince separately (in a pan not the TMX) then add MJ's sauce?

I made home made pies for the kids lunches
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

While MJ's sauce was cooking in  *: I fried off mince to brown and get rid of fat.
Put in casserole with sauce. 2 hrs 150'.
That's all I did, oh and skim fat a few times as lamb.

Cheese and salad sandwiches again for mum and SD, followed by choc chip banana bread ;D

I had cottage cheese and salad with a little bit of avocado, yum :D
