We are having a RecipeTin Eats salad tonight. A couple of nights ago we had a Roasted Vegetable and Cheesy Polenta dish of Tenina's. It was very nice.

That's a nice colourful meal cookie.

Tonight I had a stir fry based loosely on this one http://www.skinnytaste.com/chicken-and-asparagus-lemon-stir-fry/ - very loosely as you can see LOL.

This is the Italian Pasta Salad we had last night. I dry fried the salami off a little bit much earlier to get rid of the fat from it. http://www.recipetineats.com/italian-pasta-salad-with-homemade-italian-dressing/

It was really nice. I made the pasta earlier and rinsed it and then cooled it.

Nice salad cookie, Nagi's website is very popular.

I made this one tonight, again from skinnytaste.com and again doing my own thing by par-cooking the potatoes and asparagus to make it even more simple. http://www.skinnytaste.com/asparagus-pancetta-potato-hash/
