Does anyone have a recipe for chewy muesli bars that are covered in yoghurt?

Zada, just noticed your request.  I have been making for a few years these bars from Nigella Lawson.
Breakfast bars
I have just tried making an ordinary icing of a little butter, hot water and icing sugar, enough for what you want to ice.  Then I used as much yogurt powder from an Easiyo packet to give it the taste I wanted.  I used the strawberry flavour and the icing was a light pink.  DH said it tasted just like the muesli yogurt bars.
If you make this slice, don't overcook, will become very hard, follow the recipe with regard to cutting whilst hot.
