Oh BUM!  didn't think about the bunny when we're away  wish mister 9 would just fess up.....I don't know which way he thinks.....better prepare in case.....pretty sure he's stretching it out though

I still have a little while to go before I can stop buying Easter Eggs with Youngest DS only being 5, and it means I still need to buy for all 5 kids to keep the story going.

(oops sorry to all those forum members who still believe in the Easter Bunny)

Made a recipe from Jamie's Great Britain: Guinness Lamb Shanks with potato & (supposedly celeriac but couldn't get one, so used a turnip) mash and steamed carrots and green beans. 

Made the mash and steamed veg in the TM and my PC for the rest.  Supposed to take 3 hours cooking in the oven; took 30 mins in the PC, the meat was falling off the bones.

Was delicious and I was so surprised to find that the potato & turnip mash tasted so good! 

I served on a platter so we could help ourselves.

That looks great JulieO! Not sure that it would be easy to clean off the motherboard though if I tried to make it in my PC.

That looks delicious Julie - we love lamb shanks in this house.

It so does Julie.....we have many lamb shanks when sheep are "attended" to here....but hubby still believes them to be dog food, and our 4 legged friends enjoy them instead  . I tell him he's nuts, and point them out in restaurant menus....but you can't teach an old dog new tricks  LOL!
