I'm sure I've read somewhere that some clever people are making these. Could I ask for a recipe please? I'd like to give them a try.

I made these tonight but mis-read the instructions and thought the egg was for sealing the wanton wrapper. I think this is why the meat was a bit dry. Nice flavour though. I made extra and have frozen them in portions (ran out of wrappers) but I think when i want to use the filling I will mix it back together with an egg.
