K Atie, nectarines and raspberries make a very tasty jam. I buy a frozen packet of raspberries.
RAL said he would like the Tahini biscuits.  Healthier than the yo yos. I made a Pineapple fruit cake and cut it in half and froze it.  Handy to have on hand.
Need a gift for a neighbour who did some grass clearing around our letter box.  He like the Portuguese Custard tarts.

Made the custard for the Portuguese tart yesterday, will make tarts yesterday.   Also cook biscuits while I have the oven on.

I made 5 jars of plum jam yesterday.  They did not set as well as I would like so will have to cook them up again.

Made a Apple Slice today and it fell apart when I took it out of the tin.  Just one of the many disasters today.

Sorry to hear that Mab.   We all have those day.
Yesterday I made Portuguese Custard tarts.  The custard didn’t set properly.  I think the scales on the TMX might be out.  Will test today. Also the light cheese sauce made more than I remembered.
The small Salmon pies were a great success. Served with a mixed salad.

This morning I made 3 dozen little tart cases.  I will fill some with cream and top them with strawberries to take to an afternoon tea tomorrow.

Not Thermomix but a friend and I each year get together and make Onion jam for our local market . Two huge pots on the stove . Hand slice them too . Lots of laughs, although cooking till 11pm the night before the market was a little crazy . Will one day try it in the Thermomix. Her DD made a gulten fee brownie it did not look nice , too funny she then made a normal one and ate it . I was late to market to help as my hair stank of onions , had to wash it .

Aubergine stroganoff, RTE's cowboy bean salad again, left over veges with pasta (an entirely new invention that will probably never be repeated), an aubergine and pasta bake, a kind of tomato and bean baked bean mixture - we were given kilos of tomatoes to use up so I was madly inventing anything I could think of to use them up!

Bottled some Pears that I got from the swap.  Did them in the microwave.
Made more Salmon Morney  pies in mini pie maker.  Also bananas and honey mini pies.  I think the commercial Short Crust Pastry sheets are ok if rolled out a bit.

Today I made 4 cups of SD into Crumpets.  Made 18. All gone except 6.
Also made a new recipe.  Works of life is a blog that I follow. This morning they posted a recipe for English Crumpets. Easy, 1 rise recipe and I cooked them in the Big Sunbeam  pie maker.  Important to split them with forks so as to get the rough surface for toasting.
Also made another lot of Zucchini and tomato soup.  I added some cheese sauce that was leftover. Good.
