My first meal that I "winged" and it was delicious! Thought I would share the recipe, it's very tasty and fits into clean eating as well :)
500g chicken (I used tenderloins)
1 lemon
I bunch coriander
Clove garlic
Small piece ginger (around 3 cm or to taste)
Pinch salt (optional)
Good grind of pepper
Put chicken in varoma, add 500g water, set to 20 min/varoma/speed 4. Peel lemon.
When that is done, empty out water and add a small piece of lemon zest, garlic and ginger and whizz on 8 for 5-10 seconds. Add the peeled lemon (halved) and the coriander with an mc of water.
Place varoma back on top and set to 5 min/varoma/speed 4.
When that's done, put chicken on a plate with some salad of your choice and pour over the sauce. Quick, easy and so tasty!
I'm more than happy for any suggestions, it's my first ever thermomox (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/12/08/ve7u4a6u.jpg)recipe and it was done completely based on what I had available and after our Christmas party so I definitely didn't put much thought into it :)
