Title: peach wine

Hi all, it's been awhile, but I'm on the hunt for a peach wine recipe. I have been given a whole load of peaches, and thought among  other things I might give making peach wine a go.  I know there are a few people on this site that make there own "drinks" and was wondering if any of them have tried this and have a recipe they are happy to share,  ;) :P

Hi PP, yes it has been a while but we're still here LOL

I'd just follow this plum liqueur recipe with your peaches.  You can use schnapps or vodka, one member even used gin so whatever you have on hand will work. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4248.0
