I hate carrot cakes in general but these were surprisingly delish!
Didn't make the frosting.
Also I use half the oil and half apple purée.

Yum!
Firm favourite in our house.
Great next day too for the kids lunch box.
I add only 50g of cheddar or gruyere and 100g of Parmesan.

These look lovely Amy.
What a great idea.
My kids would love these  ;D

My muffins :)

I used auds Choc Chip Muffins recipe, just love that one ;D I didn't use choc chips though, I put an Easter egg in the middle of each muffin.

Pink = Turkish Delight
Blue = Top Deck
Green = Creme Egg
Yellow = Caramello

 :D :D

Delicious!
Made my meat eating family lamb gozleme whereas I made up some vegetarian filling with mushrooms and spinach.
I toasted them in the sandwich press...very quick, easy and clean  ;)
Definitely make again.

Ummm.......YUMMMMM
Lourve dark chocolate xxxx

Yum Judy and ES.
DH asked for beef and Guinness pies MF. Told him too hot, maybe in winter. Better not tell him you are making them ;)

Not sure about chocolate. Am happy but not doing cartwheels just yet. Used agave as sweetener and it makes a strong tasting dark chocolate. Reminds me of bought dark choc. Maybe a good baking chocolate.

So...today I used quirky Jo's almost raw chocolate recipe which uses rapadura. Must say very impressed. Not as smooth as yesterday's batch but a milder chocky taste. A better eating chocolate indeed.

I was stressed today so into the kitchen I went...
Made Bill Granger's cinnamon scrolls (thanks JulieO)

Rara's pancake mix
apricot balls (nut free)
magic bean cake
and for dinner Gozemele (sp?) with lamb and made a vegetarian version using mushrooms and spinach.
These were a winner in our house! Yay!
Kids wanted bacon and cheese version for lunch.

I could have kept on cooking......

Hi Wonder
Check out http://2brothersfoods.com/
Last time I purchased 5kg rapadura, 2kg coconut flour, dried cherries and dried apricots (preservative free) it only cost $3.50 postage to Perth.
I found their prices quite reasonable.
And delivery was within a few days.

Oh my Julie these are just divine!!!
Made them tonight and hubby has already eaten two....I stopped at one ;)
I ended up with 18.  Made sure that they were small but the did puff up quite a bit.
I used my plastic lettuce knife to cut the scrolls.  Didn't damage my silicone mat  ;)

Thank you so much for converting and sharing this recipe  :-*

PS I cant seem to upload my photos.  Photobucket have changed  :(

Made this cake on Thursday.  It was absolutely delicious!  Very moist with a nutty lemony flavour.  Will definitely be making this again.

Hi Maddy (waving madly)

I have been lurking alot but not posting so much....damn "words with friends" keeps me busy these nights!!

The shopping thread has been busy!!!
Some lovely items being bought ladies....I'm jealous!

Have been trying new vegetarian and raw recipes lately - not all in tm.  Would like to convert a few of them though!

Thanks for all the lovely comments...it really made my day
