Very envious of all the yummy food being cooked.
We had Baked bean on toast. I found some Brandy snap basket in the sorting out. Put whipped cream in the bottom and sliced banana on top.

Chookie I think that dinner sounds pretty good. I could eat baked beans every night.

We are having a RecipeTinEats tonight. Chinese Satay Chicken. I have book club and DD has a meeting so it will be eaten at various times.

I made myself an all-in-one varoma chicken dinner tonight, found some mushroom sauce in the freezer to finish it off.  How easy is it to cook a meal for 1 when you have a TMX!

We had bought Fish and chip. They were horrible.
Judy, I have to hand it to you. You use your freezer and TMX so well.

I made Tenina's Hasselback Chicken. Halved the recipe as I only had two Chicken breasts. Very tasty.

Made beef in stout again. Couldn't find the stout so used beer instead, also added 1/2 cup of diced sweet potato. Love this recipe as the result is very good and first part of process is one hour and second 30 minutes. Lots can be done while TMX is busy cooking.

I made a casserole last weekend with stout, it tasted so much better the 2nd nite, made the leftovers in to  pies for the kids.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
