Has anyone successfully creamed butter and sugar ( later adding eggs) in the TM ?
Mine always ends up a bit yoghurty...

Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone else has this problem. I have tried numerous times to make the hollandaise sauce in the EDC, and it always comes out runny, and very watery. I am dying to make Eggs Benedict, but the sauce ruins it. Can anyone help please? 3

I have tried making the Hollandaise in the TM Book ( I am in Australia), and it always results in a very runny, and watery sauce. Does anyone else have problems with this?? Am dying to make Eggs Benedict , but the sauce ruins it!! 4
