Those crumpets look good chookie. Shame about the butter.
I'm slowly getting my cooking mojo back. I made the chicken and cheese casserole that either JD or CC shared so easy to make. I made the mushroom condensed soup as well, DD loved the soup, I sent her home with. I've also made a few recipes off the slow cooker site that someone shared here. Our favourite so far is the Thai beef cheeks. Going to try a few recipes from the new skinnymixers Mexican cook book at the weekend.

Did anyone else watch Zumbo Just Desserts last night?  I was very disappointed. I will still watch the series but I didn't really enjoy it very much. Was it just me?

I watched some of the first episode, ( slept though the rest) he doesn't have the personality like the 3 from MC. I saw Zumbo at the G F & W show and wondered how his show would go, he's a good cook. I wonder how long to show will last on prime time. Apparently they had good ratings for the first episode.

CC enjoy having your DGS.

I haven't had a cloth dryer since we lived in PNG many years ago, it came with the furnished house we lived in. lol Even then I didn't use it much.
I just bought  TRTLMT new cookbook Mixing it slow. TM and slow cooker recipes. Just downloaded the ebook.

Kimmy that cake is gorgeous.

I've found my cooking mojo at last. Made Tenina's mushroom soup frozen half, Sistermixers zucchini slice. Skinnymixers Spag Bol and Thermomix baking blogger rhubarb tart which DH and I eat over 3 nights. Some made it to the freezer before DS visited and inhaled the contents of the fridge. Good way to get rid of left overs.

Good morning all, it's my day off and I've been awake since 5am it's too dark and cold to get out of bed.
I'm dreading the day I can't drive any more, just been for my yearly medical driving assessment doc say I'm fine to drive for years but government says I have to be assessed every year. I agree with you cookie Parkinsons is the pits. I'm one of the lucky ones as my progression is very slow.
I'm meeting a friend for coffee this morning if the queue isn't to long I'll go to Aldi's while I'm at the shopping centre. Then to my yoga class.

That's good news, I'm really surprised at how many off the new machines have to be sent back. Its one reason I haven't up graded.

Nice photos chookie.  I haven't been around much, doing the bare minimum cooking wise poor themi is feeling neglected. Which I hope to remedy this weekend. I'm planning on making butter chicken start it in thermi and finish it off in the slow cooker and some brookies today. Don't want to over do it lol
We are again empty nesters and loving it. The last family member left last night. The cat (lol) that we have been looking after for 4 plus years.
