spaghetti and meatballs tonight since its dancing and football training so it's all prepared in the fridge in the varoma and jug  I just have to put it on when I get home :)

snap suzanne. I'm not organised like you tho. It was an impulse thing when I saw 3 trays of organic mini meatballs on sale in WW for about a third of their normal price

Judy, I was going to make rolls but thought putting them in a tin would help the rise.  I have to confess I added a teaspoon of bread improver but it was my best ever. It had a lovely flavor and crust.  Makes me feel clever!

Beautiful bread, Denise. I tried to make a pull-apart a couple of days ago and failed miserably. Do you put the rolls close together, touching each other? Mine fused into a blob 😁😁

Very pleased with tonight's experiment: Simple but sublime toothfish, cooked in the airfryer. Just a drizzle of soya sauce to let the flavour shine through. Yum!
