Love the sound of that risotto. I might have to try it. I haven't made many so need inspiration (I know, what sort of TMX owner doesn't make risotto? 😜). We're going simple tonight. Just chicken thigh in Portuguese seasoning with salad.

Well the verdict is in on the rabbit and it was disgusting!
I don't know if it was the rabbit, the recipe, the way we cooked it or just the fact we don't like rabbit, but it was so bad we couldn't eat it.

The dog liked it though!
Sorry to say it's gone in the bin.

I'll confess our guilty secret here - we had Macca's for dinner instead  :o :-))

What a shame Katie after all that effort.  Glad to hear little dog enjoyed her dinner though.

Cheesy Pumpkin Pockets from this little booket from Dairy Australia.

The filling made heaps more than the 6 the recipe said so I used a sheet of puff pastry to use up the excess filling.  Served with sweet chilli sauce.

Shame about your dinner Katie, I love braised rabbit. Last time I had it was in Greece and I nearly broke a tooth on some buckshot!
Made pizzas for dinner, only ate half of mine because I'd been out for lunch, the rest can be tomorrow's lunch.

When we went to live in Broome in the early 70's you had to check through your meat for the bullets. I found one with my teeth in some mince. Ugh.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Judy, those pockets look really lovely, I've now ordered the book.
BeezeeBee, your meals always look amazing.

We are having Beef Bourguignon with polenta chips from Quick Fix in the TMX. I made the polenta last night, we have never really had it before so will be interested to see how it goes - I'm sure the kids will want rice.
