Amy looks good! I've been meaning to make that since I bought the book last year and I still haven't.
Did you make the sauces too? That Japanese BBQ sauce that goes on it with the mayo is awesome sauce.

*Laughs at the internet saying I've never used before that is all of a sudden appropriate*
(Awesome sauce is the saying for those unfamiliar with it)

Jadey :) ... Northern Beaches, Sydney, Aus.

Bummer :P I have some TM21 salads I could convert for you? They might not be to your tastes though...

Jadey, no I didn't make the awesome sauces ;D We're not big sauce fans unless its actually part of the main dish, like the sauce of a curry or casserole. And they weren't dry at all, so I enjoyed them by themselves :D

I prefer the saying "sweet burritos" ;D

Dinner tonight is meant be slow cooked lamb chops in gravy, potatoes, kumara, steamed veg and tomato salad.  :)
I say meant to be as we have had only 10 min of power since 8:10am and even now it is flickering, so not sure whether to turn my Slow Cooker on or not.... ???

We can't even just get take aways as apparently the whole of the main street is without power too!! I have thawed some corned silverside too in the hopes that the power stays on long enough to do in it my TM if need be. Otherwise it will be frozen bread and spreads!!!  ;)  :-\  :D
DH is having a bbq at work today so might ask him to bring us some hot food home from that!!!  :P

No idea why it has been off.
Pain in the ****!!

Oh well ...it has been on for 1hr now so I have roasted the lamb chops, potatoes and kumara, and used my darling TM for the gravy (in a thermal jug now)  and steaming veg in it!!  :D  We can eat tonight after all!  ;D ;D
Still seems flickery tho.  :-))

It's cooler today, I think it only got to 29 so we are having a slow cooker casserole. That will be quick and easy too as I'm going out to listen to Loretta Hill speak.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
