BBQ here again tonight... :)

Sounds like you enjoy your BBQ's Robyn ;D
What sort of things do you like to cook on your BBQ? When we had one, I used to love garlic prawns, chicken kebabs and thinly sliced potatoes. Usually served with TMX coleslaw and beetroot salad ;)
I think I may need to go out and buy another BBQ :-))

Dinner tonight is little lamb steaks with wedges and peas. Just an easy Sunday night dinner :)

Pea & ham soup I made yesterday in my pressure cooker, with Chookie's no-fuss bread rolls.

Some steak for DH and I, and some burgers for the kids. Think we might have steamed veggies tonight. Or maybe some home made chips? Better make up my mind soon :)

Yummy Katie, love pea and ham soup.

Dede, you must be over meat after all the packing you've done today.

Very true Michelle, we haven't had steak for awhile so I am actually looking forward to it. I'm sure give me a few weeks and I will be sick to death of mince, mince and more mince :D
Although mince is so versatile and can make heaps of differed dishes.

Leek, ricotta and gruyere quiche, with judy's train potatoes and corn and broccoli. Followed by, DD's apple frangipane tart she made yesterday.

Butter chicken here tonight (that didn't quite work out as well as I'd hoped as I can't remember how many times I misread the quanitities of ingredients).

It was still pretty good.....though the main problems were runny sauce and too much coriander.

Lasagna and veges tonight. Lasagna made last week. Got it out of the freezer this morning. Just have to add grated cheese and pop it in the oven.

Must remember to get leg of lamb out of freezer tonight so I can put it in the slow cooker tomorrow. Too big for the pressure cooker.
