A little more experimenting today. ( should be cleaning house. )
I attempting to make Vegan, SD, Brioche Buns.
I have replaced the eggs with aquafab and the butter with Nuttelex. I am not too hopeful that this will work.
I am trying to convince myself that anything that can be made with yeast, can be made with SD.   But this might be stretching a bit far.
Last nights SD , I have turned into Olive and Rosemary rolls.

This would have to be the first time I have baked a loaf and it has actually shrunk in the oven.
It is a Brioche type loaf but made with Avacado.   Green bread anyone? .

I made this quick chocolate cake to take out with us this afternoon.

The icing was icing sugar, cocoa and hot water, very quick. The tooth picks were to hold the glad wrap off the top of the cake.

Very impressive Chookie.
I've made some Anzacs with a little bit of chia, dried apricots and macadamias in.
