Mushroom Risotto. Stock from roast chicken bones.
Found a Flavour Bomb in freezer.  Smothered chicken inside and out, roasted in covered pot in BBQ, made beautiful sauce. Last night Dinner.
K ATIE, no protein in meal, could be why DS was hungry.

Maybe I could twist DD and DS to cook again tonight , they are so funny I’m not allowed in the kitchen when they cook . Better get my Skates on or there will be starving teens again .

We were given a boned leg of lamb.  I cut 2 steaks off the rump end.  It looked a bit old so I bashed the streaks with the meat hammer.  They were still tough.  I will mince the rest of the leg.
Bought a small lamb rump.  Baked it in a covered dish in AF at 120 for 30 minutes.  Lovely served with mashed potatoes, roasted red capsicum and green beans.
