Taking the opportunity of cold snap to use a ham hock in the freezer to make pea and ham soup. Thought is was too late for soups but boy, is it cold today! Also made mango chutney, strawberry jam (from the last of the strawberries this season), apricot jam and preserved some peaches.

Yay! Got mine today.  
But I'm already thinking I'll have to use it for an Anniversary pressie for a BBQ I'm going to on Saturday  - will have to get another for me - looks excellent.
