I saw You had a thread with this before. I'm interested in doing meal plans again..so was wondering if any one else wants too and then post here? I'm interested in everyone's idea's ..even those of you on diets. :)
I am going to do mine on a Friday for 2 weeks.
Find this much easier when children are at school and the shop isn't too close here!

Desserts / Chocolate chip cookie pie with oatmeal pie crust
« on: January 18, 2011, 08:05:18 am »
Chocolate chip pie with oatmeal pie crust
12 serves

Ingredients for pie crust
95g flour
30g quick cook oats
1/2t salt
3T oil (have left it like this as it was easier to add this way)
4T ice cold water

Combine flour, oats and flour in  *:  :-: speed 2 30sec
while it is still going add 1T oil then another in 20sec intervals
Add the water the same way I kept the TM going for 30sec after everything was added
Pour dough out into a  pie dish and press out by hand.
Don't clean jug ..no need

Pre heat oven now 200c

Filling Ingredients

45g butter
45g sugar
1 egg beaten
1tsp vanilla
1 mc of choc chips

place butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in *: speed 5 for 1min
I then added flour in stages as it was still mixing
Next add chocchips on  :-: 2 for 30sec

Pour this mixture into your pie dish and bake for 40min.

Ours is in oven now
I plan on serving it cold with icecream.

Found this on a great Blog http://joyinmykitchen.blogspot.com/2009/04/chocolate-chip-cookie-pie.html
