Baking day in our house - getting ready to fill the lunchboxes for a day or so...except the food keeps disappearing as it comes out of the oven!

Have made today:
Apple and blueberry muffins
Ginger biscuits
Mini quiches
Blueberry and coconut muffins
Cheesymite scrolls
Corn fritters

apple sauce

Have made Chookies Strawberry jam, bread rolls in under an hour (light wholemeal) and a sourdough cake.
