Those meals look delicious.
I was lacking inspiration tonight, and was looking through my Nigella app and came across a recipe for a ham based pasta that looked vaguely familiar. I looked on here, and followed Hally' s directions for her leftover Christmas ham pasta. It was delicious, but next time I would cook the pasta in the stovetop as I found it a bit starchy. Dessert was a choice of vanilla icecream or frozen peach yoghurt.

Roast lamb, hassle backed roast potatoes, roasted kumara, onion tarts, zucchini slice triangles, steamed peas, steamed carrot and steamed corn. And gravy. And a salad.

Sticky date muffins with caramel sauce and ice cream for dessert.  :)
