They look yummy Michele.
I want to try them with chicken or pork mince as I don't like sausage meat.
Would be good lunch box food for the little ones.

They look delicious Michele. I have done similar by putting a tomato sauce over the pastry and adding bacon and cheese. Call them Pizza pinwheels. I like the idea of the meat in them. Thanks.

I was working in this topic yesterday and came across your recipe Michele. As luck would have it, I had a 250g pkt sausage mince leftover from kezza's meatloaf (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12326.0) so I made these today.
I made 1/2 quantity, used a small unpeeled golden delicious apple, cored and quartered, 3 sm spring onions cut into 5 cm pieces (chopped these together 2 sec/sp5), added the remaining ingredients and mixed 15 sec/reverse/speed 6. Cooked for 16 minutes in a 180opreheated air fryer. With 1 sheet of puff pastry I cut 10 which fitted perfectly in the basket so mine were a lot thicker than yours. Some stuck a little so I would take the basket out after preheating and spray it before adding the pinwheels. It wasn't too hard to get mine out though.
I really enjoyed the 6 I ate for lunch with sweet chilli sauce, Mum can have the remaining 4. Thanks Michele.

I love it Judy, you are working on the forum and find lunch. They are delicious, but I haven't made any for a long while.

Bet they were done quickly in the airfryer Judy.

Yes Michele, 16 minutes (mine were twice as thick as yours) - thanks for alerting me to the fact I hadn't added the time.
